Now if we speak about Cheese ...

Stilton, Cheddar, Double Gloucester and Caerphilly are all kinds of cheese. Do you know that cheese was introduced from the Romans at England? Approximately, 400 varieties of cheese are produced in England. And many cheeses are named after the place or area they are made.

In Colombia exists a cheese industry, which is very modern in Latinoamérica – Alpina. From 2002, Alpine counts on a production of cheese “filados” fresh and mature. For example this is the traditional “queso campesino” that is served as accompaniment of “arepa”, bread and some desserts.
